Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome residents, families and visitors, answer phones, coordinate scheduling and support a warm, resident-centered environment. In this role you will collaborate with care teams, assist with onboarding new teammates, and help organize activities that engage residents and promote a compassionate community.

Experience in long term care is a plus; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care/Healthcare a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and handle inquiries.
• Answer phones and route calls, take messages and schedule appointments.
• Assist with onboarding of new teammates and support daily operations.
• Support care teams to ensure smooth daily activities and coordinated schedules.
• Help organize activities and promote resident engagement and well-being.
