Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Night Warehouse Worker in Charlotte, NC to fill orders and ensure items are received accurately for customer accounts. This seasonal role runs Sunday to Thursday, 5pm start, from October 2026 through January 2027.

The position requires independent work, self-management, and the ability to meet deadlines while safely handling manual and power equipment. You will verify orders, pick and transfer product, and support inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, physical).

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Loading and unloading of product efficiently and safely.
• Check product and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
