Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet setup and front of house as needed.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products; distributes items as required.
