Job summary

Grand Rapids Building Services Inc is seeking a Custodian for the 3rd shift at Wayland High School in Wayland, MI. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:00pm–6:30am.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal. We value reliability, teamwork, and dependable transportation. 18+ with valid ID required; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Experience in custodial work preferred.
• Able to work third shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Mop floors, dust surfaces, clean restrooms, remove trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Follow GRBS cleaning procedures and building map for shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for students and staff.
