Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Sanitor at our Caldwell, Idaho bottling plant. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing all blending, carbonating and filling equipment, plus in-house Water Treatment Facility sanitation and GMP housekeeping in syrup and filling areas.

The right candidate will perform chemical testing, operate CIP systems, and follow strict safety protocols daily. Lifts up to 50 pounds may be required; prior sanitation and manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sanitation/cleaning experience preferred.
• 1+ year production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Basic math for chemical measurement and titration.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all blending, carbonating, and filling equipment, syrup lines, hoses, tanks, floors and walls.
• Maintain sanitation of in-house Water Treatment Facility and GMP housekeeping in syrup and filling areas.
• Test and titrate chemical solutions; perform post-sanitation testing and pre-operational inspections.
• Operate Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, ISO standards and environmental/safety systems.
