Job summary

Kdc One is seeking a Sanitizer I to clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, tanks, and production areas in line with cGMPs and FDA requirements. This role helps prevent contamination and supports the safe production of cosmetic, personal care, and home care products.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed sanitation records, following SOPs, and ensuring equipment readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, sanitation, janitorial, or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and good communication.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, tanks, utensils, hoses, transfer equipment, and production areas following SOPs.
• Maintain sanitation logs, records, and equipment documentation with GDP standards.
• Follow cGMPs, FDA regulations, and company sanitation procedures.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety requirements are followed.
• Support housekeeping duties and assist with maintaining compliance across manufacturing areas.
