Job summary

Thrive Freeze Dry is seeking a Janitor in American Fork, UT for night shift coverage (Sun–Tue, alternating Sat, 6pm–6am). You will maintain cleanliness of production rooms, warehouse, and offices in a food-manufacturing setting, following SOPs and QA sanitation standards under supervision.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, restocking supply rooms, adhering to safety and GMP/HACCP rules, and communicating issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months experience in a related field or manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform basic math and read safety/work instructions.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers and departments.
• Able to perform physical tasks as described (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial tasks (restrooms, breakrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements; pass cleaning tests.
• Follow GMP/ SQF/HACCP guidelines and chemical handling procedures.
• Report deficiencies or equipment issues to supervision.
