Job summary

JBS is seeking a Sanitation/Clean-Up worker for the 3rd shift to maintain USDA-compliant cleanliness in the plant and support ongoing production.

This role offers $20.50/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential with an estimated $46,800+ yearly earning potential, plus benefits after 60 days. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of sanitation, meat processing, and chemicals is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Team player with good attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash down, and ensure machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized.
• Follow GMP, USDA and FDA sanitation procedures for all tasks.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
• Support and follow Food Safety and Plant Safety policies and protocols.
