Job summary

Gourmet Foods International is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across our warehouse and office areas. You will follow the master sanitation schedule, use chemicals according to SDS, and contribute to food safety and quality.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, working in refrigerated environments, and standing for long periods. Steel-toe shoes are required, and overtime, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in refrigerated/freezer environments (0–36°F).
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Stand for long periods and reach/bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and offices.
• Complete scheduled sanitation duties on time per the master sanitation schedule.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals are labeled, stored, and used per SDS.
• Maintain safety, quality, and legality of food products.
