Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Site Safety Manager to help ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing and implementing safety programs that meet all regulations. You will work closely with field teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture through training, guidance, and collaboration.

You will provide oversight of safety activities, support other safety personnel, and help maintain consistent safety standards across job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site safety management experience in a commercial/industrial construction setting.
• Experience leading a team of safety technicians/coordinators.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Ability to promote a positive safety culture through training and guidance.
• Strong incident reporting and JHA skills.
• BCSP CHST, CSP, SMP, SMS or STSC certifications preferred.
• Experience with data center environments and mechanical contracting is a plus.

Working closely with field teams and leadership, this role promotes a strong safety culture through training, guidance, and collaboration. The manager also provides oversight of safety activities, supports other safety personnel, and helps maintain consistent safety standards across job sites.
