• Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts plan of care with the team.
• Explains procedures to patients and responsible persons; ensures understanding.
• Coordinate workflow and lead orientation of new staff and students.
• Provide respiratory care as ordered by physician and communicate with staff.
• Assist manager with daily operations of the department.
