Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact multi-state license in good standing.
• 18 months nursing experience.
• BSN, MSN, or RN Doctorate from an accredited school.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provide clinical leadership for delivery of nursing care.
• Under the direction of the department manager, lead safety and quality initiatives and improve workflow.
• Contribute to staff development and promote excellent customer service.
