Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implements and coordinates patient care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Utilizes the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Documents nursing care, care plans and observations.
• Maintains infection control procedures and HIPAA compliance.
• Provides direction to LPNs/CNAs and participates in orientation.
