Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and monitor care for patients in observation status.
• Provide direct nursing care including medications, treatments, call light assistance, transfers, and alarms.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and update plans with the team.
• Process orders accurately and timely; follow up on medication changes.
