Job summary

Lexington Health is a comprehensive health network seeking an experienced RN for Surgical Stepdown/Post CV unit on the PM/N shift (7pm-7:30am). A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

The RN will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor assigned staff within a Magnet-recognized system. Minimum qualifications include ADN/ Diploma or BSN and an SC RN license.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina.
• Minimum education: ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Critical Care, Medical/Surgical, Intermediate and ED experience preferred for certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.
• Promote education on condition, medications and self-care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection-control practices.
• Support care transitions and discharge planning.
