Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Full Time Night Registered Nurse Supervisor at Gateway Rehab in Florence, KY. The role leads nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and coordinates operations for night shift.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in KY, BLS, and supervisory experience, with preferred CC RN and ACLS credentials and a BSN. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity in a rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of efficient, high quality patient care.
• Management and coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled working shift.
• Develop systems and procedures for daily operations and provide training and support to solve problems.
