Job summary

Memorial Hospital of Gardena in Gardena, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, three shifts per week with weekend availability. Base pay ranges from $41.73 to $61.35 per hour, with overtime boosting earnings to approximately $48.69–$71.57 per hour.

A $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus is available for full-time staff. The RN provides coordinated, patient-centered care, leads in department operations, and adheres to AIDET principles, HIPAA, and SBAR communication standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the area applied for.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• RN license and BLS certification.
• Ability to follow hospital policies and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Monitor vital signs and document in the EMR.
• Administer medications and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education.
