Job summary

Jogan Health in Gresham, Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse with skilled nursing experience for a direct-hire role. You will manage medication administration, coordinate with physicians, and support care plans to ensure a safe, therapeutic resident environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication skills with the ability to make independent decisions. Schedule: Thu–Sat, 6pm–6:30am; base pay up to $52/hr with night and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and sanitation in work areas and residents' rooms.
• Order medications, equipment and supplies as prescribed.
• Prepare and administer medications per policies.
• Attend rounds with physicians and allied staff.
• Assist with orientation of new staff.
• Collaborate with physicians for care and rehab orders.
• Communicate changes in patient status to physician/family.
• Administer nursing procedures as necessary.
• Collect specimens for lab tests.
• Continuously monitor seriously ill residents.
• Advocate for patients and ensure care aligns with care plan.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement orders; complete charting timely.
