Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift opportunities, featuring a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide individualized, compassionate care to patients on their path to recovery, guiding rehabilitation goals with teamwork and advanced technology.

As part of a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, you’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise care plans, and build relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support them with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
