Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• SC RN licensure or compact state; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team for age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional conduct on the floor.
• Engage in care coordination to improve patient outcomes and ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Participate in governance and professional development to promote clinical excellence.
• Support patient/family teaching and health promotion initiatives.
