Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred.

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care aligned with cultural diversity and patient goals.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement, governance and evidence-based practice activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and professional nursing ethics.
