Job summary

SENTARA WILLIAMSBURG REGIONAL HOSPITAL in Williamsburg, VA invites a Registered Nurse to join the Hospital Float Pool on a nights schedule. This part-time role includes benefits and an additional differential for resource pool RNs, with an opportunity for up to a $10,000 bonus for qualified candidates.

As a resource RN, you will be assigned to various units within your scope of competencies, performing admissions, rounds, medication administration, and family communication while delivering

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• At least 18 months of recent hospital bedside RN experience in Med/Surg, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, or ED.
• Valid RN license to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Assess and admit patients and conduct rounds checks.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Communicate with families and provide care coordination.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
