Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lees Summit, MO is seeking an RN - LDRP for a full-time night shift (36 hours/week). You will work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care, and act as a clinical resource for new staff.

The role requires 1 year of applicable experience, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and current BLS/NRP certifications. You will rotate weekends/holidays and be on call with benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Registered Nurse license (MO) – NURSYS

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and coordinates care for a group of patients with the multidisciplinary team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates leadership within the unit or department.
