Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on a per diem basis to deliver direct clinical care. You will assess, plan, implement, and supervise nursing care for assigned patients while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, administering medications, and adhering to infection control policies. Requires current RN license and CPR/BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP per policy.

Qualifications

• Required: State-approved nursing program or accredited school.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current license to practice nursing and CPR/BLS (ACLS/PALS/NRP per policy as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per shift.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
• administer medications safely and timely per policy.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure resource management.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies per hospital codes and incident plans.

Education
