Qualifications

• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide education for patient and family from admission through discharge.
• Document nursing care accurately and concisely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members for smooth care transitions.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and correctly.
