Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem night shifts in Menifee, CA. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care in acute or non-acute settings under supervision, supporting physicians, coordinating care plans, and ensuring quality outcomes for patients and families.

The role requires an active CA RN license, ADN or RN program completion, and BLS; BSN is preferred. New grads welcome for non-specialty units; one year of acute care is required for specialty units.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited RN program is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Non-specialty units: no minimum experience; new grads welcome.
• Specialty units (ICU, ER, OR, L&D, etc.): minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• Current and valid California RN license required.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP and related certifications may be required based on unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions and sound judgment.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, in-service education, and staff training.
• Float to units based on patient care needs and priorities.
