Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN - PCU float nurse for a 12-week assignment in Georgia. The role involves floating across the hospital, covering ED, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU Stepdown units. The schedule is flexible with no requests allowed and requires weekend work every other weekend.

Nurses should have charge experience, 4:1 to 6:1 patient ratios, and preferred familiarity with charting systems and community hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Charge nurse experience required.
• Must have patient-to-nurse ratios of 4:1 to 6:1.
• Preference for experience with charting systems.
• Prefer experience in community hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Float nurse across multiple departments including ED, Med-Surg, Telemetry, and PCU Stepdown.
• Must be flexible with scheduling; no schedule requests accepted.
• Weekend work required every other weekend.
• Travelers expected to work one major holiday if it falls during assignment.
• No on-call responsibilities.
