Job summary

Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, AL, seeks a compassionate registered nurse for a full-time night shift (7PM-7AM) to provide individualized patient care and thorough documentation. You will work with physicians to ensure effective throughput and promote a positive patient experience.

New graduates are welcome; Alabama RN licensure is required. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and proficient computer skills, with preferred wound knowledge and case management experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Active Alabama nursing license.
• Wound care knowledge and case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Adheres to case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput.
• Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
