Job summary

Sanford Health, offering Canby Care Center in Canby, MN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, and support the interprofessional team to ensure safety and comfort.

Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license. IV therapy training may be required in North Dakota; several education and certification

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• In North Dakota, IV therapy/management skills may require additional training or an approved program.
• Pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN at another facility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and document resident status.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and healthcare team; maintain confidentiality.
