Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process with accountability.
• Assess patient needs and develop plan of care with documentation.
• Handoff to care team and ensure patient safety throughout shifts.
• Provide education tailored to patient learning needs and literacy.
• Document problems and progress in the plan of care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and participate in unit-based program.
