Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative division seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7pm-7am) in Arkansas. The role focuses on nursing services, training, and support for individuals with brain injuries and complex medical needs.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plan development, medication administration, and coordination with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive care. RN license and minimum one year experience are required, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• RN program graduate with active license.
• Minimum 1 year experience with medically complex individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conducts medical assessments and collaborates with Intake to determine placement.
• Develops and implements service plans; supervises medical components with physicians.
• Administers medications with proper documentation and MAR review.
• Oversees management of high-risk medical conditions and private duty nursing.
• Develops training flow charts and provides medical skills training to clients and staff.
• Participates as IHP/POC team member and ensures health care protocols are medically indicated.
• Provides consultation on home care issues and durable medical equipment operation.
• Coordinates light housekeeping or transport as needed; participates in on-call system.
• Participates in IDT, Human Rights, Health and Safety, and Administration meetings.
