Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care in MedSurg, IMC and ICU units.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
