Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield seeks inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team. RNs provide care across medical-surgical and medicine units with strong assessment and communication skills in a Magnet Hospital setting.

Part-time night shifts 7 PM–7:30 AM are available, with every other weekend/holiday. New grad pay starts at $41.00/hour; experienced RNs earn $42.66–$65.00/hour, with competitive shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
