Qualifications

• RN license or compact license
• ACLS and BCLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• 1+ years' experience in Acute Care Medical Surgical Unit
• Associate degree required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly
• Administer medications and document care in medical record
• Respond to patient requests and proactively address needs
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds, and follow-up
