Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5 North Medicine unit on a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The unit handles medical observation, stroke, and general medicine with telemetry capabilities. New hires must obtain NIHSS certification within six months; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with eligibility to sit NCLEX.
• BSN preferred per job posting.
• Experience on a medical inpatient unit is implied by unit description.
• ACLS required for Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency as stated.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Gathers and analyzes patient information.
• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a care plan.
• Educates patient and family using teach-back method.
