Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center in Macon, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 3 East Medical-Surgical unit on a full-time night schedule (7pm-7am). The 36-hour workweek includes weekend shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care on a 20-bed floor.

You will coordinate comprehensive patient care, utilize the nursing process, and uphold standards and policies to ensure safety and best outcomes for adult patients with a range of conditions.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Add additional preferred qualifications

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
