Job summary
Advocate Health's Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Illinois seeks a part-time RN for PRN night shifts (1900-0700) on 12C Telemetry/Med Surg. The unit handles pneumonia, COPD, CHF, and tracheostomies, with a 5-shift-in-6-week schedule and at least one weekend shift per cycle.
The role requires an accredited nursing program, IL RN license, 1 year of med/surg experience, and BLS certification. You will deliver safe, compassionate care and collaborate to maintain a high standard of patient
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
- Minimum 1 year of med/surg nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
- Ensure patient safety and coordinate care across shifts.
