Job summary

West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, ID is seeking a night-shift registered nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. You will deliver safe, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population, performing thorough assessments, administering medications, managing IVs, and monitoring telemetry where applicable.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients.
• Perform thorough assessments and administer medications.
• Manage IV therapy and monitor telemetry as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families and ensure accurate documentation.
