Qualifications

• Evidence-based practice to answer clinical questions under supervision.
• Ability to anticipate resource needs, set priorities and manage tasks.
• Provide patient education in practical applications of nursing care.
• Ability to assess and evaluate patients and gather pertinent clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
