Job summary

Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York.
• Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Effective communication, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• The RN is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient where assigned.
• Planning the nursing care needed, including spiritual, emotional and physiological needs.
• Directly accountable to the Nurse Manager for quality of patient care.
• Modify and deliver care specific to patient age, growth and development.
• When serving as charge, perform clinical and leadership functions and plan care.
