Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Float Pool across medical-surgical and rehab floors. You will provide high-level nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• RN license active in Missouri; BLS within 90 days; ACLS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of adult or geriatric medical-surgical patients.
• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Educate patients and families about care and procedures.
