Qualifications

• Must be an RN with the state of Ohio.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• One (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per physicians' orders and assess, treat, document and educate patients and families. Maintain collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
