Job summary
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg unit at our Fort Thomas, Kentucky hospital. The role requires delivering evidence-based nursing care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
- Compact (multi-state) license in primary state of residence.
- Licensed to practice in the state where work is performed.
- Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including state courses.
- Education supports clinical nursing practice in assigned area.
- Demonstrates nursing knowledge and competency.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based clinical care using the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Show respect, dignity, and empathy to patients, families and colleagues.
