• Uses nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) for patient care.
• Communicates with the team, patients, and family members and documents information.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff and facility.
• Delivers timely medication administration and IV therapies as prescribed.
