The Nemours Foundation seeks a Registered Nurse for the 4E Med Surg unit in Wilmington, DE. The RN will deliver patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure family-centered rounds daily.

Requirements include nursing degree from an accredited program, Delaware license eligibility, BLS; PALS to be obtained within 1 year. Inpatient experience preferred; 2+ years ideal; BSN preferred and must be pursued within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred; must obtain within 3 years.
• Inpatient experience recommended; minimum 2 years preferred.
• Eligible for Delaware state license or compact.
• BLS certification required; PALS required within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Implement the patient care delivery model for the patient and family.
• Assess, plan, provide and evaluate the care for assigned patients.
• Rounding and coordinating family-centered care with the care team.
