HealthForce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg assignment in Portland, OR. Start date 10/12/2026 with 13 weeks duration. Weekly pay ranges from $1,930 to $2,111, with nights (12-hour shifts) and 3 shifts per week. Travel assignment coordinated by HealthForce Healthcare LLC.

The role requires active Oregon RN licensure and Med Surg experience, with support from HealthForce Healthcare LLC throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active OR licensure to practice in Oregon for this assignment.
• Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/12/2026.
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment coordinated by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsabilités

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in applying the nursing process to patient care.
• Assess patient status, implement care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuous and safe patient care and effective discharge planning.
