Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Med Stepdown unit on a full-time night shift. You will care for medically complex telemetry patients, performing assessments, administering medications, and closely monitoring status changes.

You will coordinate individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri
• Experience in telemetry/stepdown or ICU setting preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
