Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for LTAC responsibilities on a night shift. The RN will provide patient care using the Nursing Process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe delivery of care.

Requirements include Indiana RN license (or compact), ACLS & BLS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting. Vent/trach experience is required; 13-week assignment with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting.
• Indiana RN license or multi-state compact license required.
• ACLS & BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in planning safe care delivery.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned staff in delivering patient care.
