Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Forest City, Iowa. The LPN will provide professional nursing care, oversee medications, and ensure the health and safety of residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board.
• Experience must include supervised clinical experience or at least 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
