Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. You will perform nursing duties, monitor health status, administer medications, and document care accurately while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered and ensures health, comfort and safety of residents.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes and communicates with the care team.
